Pets

Pets are permitted! Out of consideration for other guests, please do not bring your four legged friend into the restaurant. Charge per day: € 15,- (without food)

Deposit

Please transfer a deposit of € 200,00 per room with a Credit Card guarantee with your reservation.

Methods of payment

Payment can be made by cash. We also accept EC and credit Cards. Packages can only be paid in cash or with EC Cards.

Travel insurance

We recommend taking out travel insurance. We can provide you with details if requested.

Cancellation charges

Up to 30 days before arrival we charge for 3 nights. For late cancellations, no-shows, delayed arrivals and premature departures we will have to charge you for the respective period in the room price.

Subject to errors and price changes. The place of jurisdiction is the relevant court in Silz or Innsbruck. Austrian law applies.

The regulations stipulated in the Austrian Hotel’s Terms and Conditions are applicable.
